Jake: WOW! That’s what we call rapid deployment. Would there be a separate room acting as the communal seed bank for bulking of high quality N-fixers and other seeds?
Be well
Hi Teresa. Right now, we just have one space for inputs (fertilizers and seeds) and one large room for maize storage. We keep them separate to keep the maize from getting over-exposed to the fertilizers. Thanks for the comment!
I first heard about Nuru when you were featured in a Shipmate article. I’m a 97 grad attending the Naval Postgraduate School as part of the training pipeline to become a qualified Foreign Area Officer. After a quarter of studying all of the challenges facing Sub-Saharan Africa, I find your story very inspiring. Thank you and your team for being people of action.
Nuru — awesome grainary. We are doing work in western Kenya in the village of Kager. The Farmers Self Help Group would like to build a grainary / co-op building. Are you willing to share the building plans for the grainary you built? Ned / Jubilee Village Project Lead Global Partner (Indpls, Indiana)

Awesome video and thanks for the updates on this project.Hope to see some more videos or article on this project.
You’re my hero.
Thanks, for the encouragement, Brian, but Kenyan leaders like Philip, Nelly, and Andrew are the real heroes.
